MADRID, May 21, 2008 (AFP) - The arrest of the reputed leader of the Basque separatist group ETA along with five others overnight in France has dealt the outfit a 'very strong blow', Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero said Wednesday.

'This is a major police operation which has dealt a very strong blow to the leadership of the ETA terrorist group,' he told reporters after addressing parliament.
