BAYONNE, August 8, 2008 (AFP) - Police discovered three explosive devices in the French Basque country and on a high-speed rail line on the Atlantic coast, officials said Friday.

Two of the devices were found in the Basque holiday village of Arcangues, and a third on a TGV rail line linking the Atlantic towns of Boucau et Ondres, after emergency services received an anonymous telephone tip-off early Friday.
