ALGIERS, August 10, 2008 (AFP) - A suicide bomber rammed a van full of explosives into a police post in eastern Algeria, killing seven people and injuring 19 others overnight, Algerian public radio reported Sunday.

The attack happened at Zemmouri el-Bahri, a popular beach with holidaymakers, particularly in the summer Heat Wave, near Boumerdes, east of the capital Algiers.
