MADRID, Oct 18, 2007 (AFP) - Spain's top anti-terrorist judge Thursday ordered more two senior members of a banned Basque separatist party held in jail for 'belonging to a terrorist organisation,' judicial sources said.
One of them, Gorka Diaz, presented himself voluntarily before the judge, Baltasar Garzon, who had issued a warrant for his arrest after a search of his home on Tuesday.

He was shot in the shoulder at around 10:00 pm (2000 GMT), was able to call the emergency services and was taken to hospital. It was not kwown how serious the injury was.

MADRID, Oct 11, 2007 (AFP) - A member of the Basque separatist movement ETA, already jailed for murder, was given 14 years in prison Thursday for threatening to kill top anti-terror judges Baltasar Garzon and Alfonso Guevara.
Inako Bilbao Goikoetxea, serving 45 years for the 2002 killing of a Socialist MP, had said he would 'pump seven bullets' into Guevara and to burn Garzon alive during a hearing in September.
Since the end of a 15-month ceasefire in June, the Socialist government -- facing a general election in six months -- has taken a much harder line against ETA.
