Football: Pellegrino returns as Reds coach

LIVERPOOL, June 30, 2008 (AFP) - Former Argentina defender Mauricio Pellegrino is set to return to Liverpool as first-team coach, manager Rafa Benitez confirmed on Monday.

The 36-year-old, who played 12 games for the Reds under Benitez in 2005, will become the second high-profile addition to the backroom team following the arrival of Sammy Lee earlier in the summer.

BUENOS AIRES, June 27, 2008 (AFP) - Juan Martin Hernandez comes in at fly-half and Marcelo Bosch at centre amongst seven changes for Argentina in their Test against Italy in Cordoba on Saturday.

The inclusion of Hernandez of Stade Francais and Biarritz's Bosch means their is no place in Santiago Phelan's team for Felipe Contepomi or Federico Todeschini.

Football: Kun's not for sale, insists Atletico boss

MADRID, June 9, 2008 (AFP) - Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo insisted Monday that Argentine striker Sergio 'Kun' Aguero was not for sale.

'Kun isn't for sale. He's a key player for Atletico in the coming years,' said Cerezo. 'Neither Kun nor the club wants him to go. Aguero wants to play here and we want him to stay and that's my final word on it.'
