The 26-year-old 5,000 metres and 10,000m Olympic champion said he was deliberating over whether to run the 10,000m or the marathon.

The BOA set up a panel on Tuesday with a 'broad mandate' to make recommendations to improve and strengthen British anti-doping controls before the 2012 Olympic Games in London, it said in a statement.
