Former St Helens coach Daniel Anderson has been appointed to take charge of the Parramatta Eels for the next three seasons, the Australian NRL club said Monday.

Anderson, 41, who enjoyed a successful spell in England, winning the Challenge Cup three times as well as the Super League Grand Final, replaces Michael Hagan, who quit last month.

LOS ANGELES, Oct 1, 2007 (AFP) - TV star and pinup queen Pamela Anderson applied for a marriage license in Las Vegas to wed one of Paris Hilton's ex-boyfriends, the celebrity website TMZ.com reported Monday.

The 'Baywatch' star, 40, was granted a license to marry Robert Salomon, 38, in what would be her third marriage.

Salomon is best known for appearing in a sex video with Hilton. Anderson also starred in a widely-viewed homemade sex tape, later sold for distribution, with her then-husband, rocker Tommy Lee.
