Judo: Family of tragic Keita seek compensation

DAKAR, Aug 2, 2007 (AFP) - The family of Senegal judo international Fanta Keita, who died in a training accident in 2006, launched a claim for compensation against the Morocco training centre where the fatal accident took place, the Senegalese press agency (APS) reported on Thursday.

Keita, 22, who was African champion in the -63kg division, was killed in October 2006 following a fall at the international judo training centre at Rabat, according to the Senegal judo federation (FSJDA).
