NOTTINGHAM, England , July 27, 2007 (AFP) - India captain Rahul Dravid won the toss and elected to field against England in the second Test at Trent Bridge here Friday.
The match was due to start at 3:00pm local time (1400GMT), four hours later than scheduled, after a wet outfield meant no play took place before lunch.
Both sides were unchanged from the teams that drew the first Test at Lord's, where India clung on with one wicket standing before bad light and rain cut short play on Monday's final day.
COLOMBO, July 23, 2007 (AFP) - Sri Lanka captain Mahela Jayawardene won the toss and elected to field in the second one-dayer against Bangladesh at the R. Premadasa Stadium here on Monday.
While Sri Lanka retained the team that won the first one-dayer here by 70 runs, Bangladesh had to leave out injured bowling spearhead Mashrafe Mortaza.
Mortaza, who sustained an ankle injury on Sunday, was replaced by Shahadat Hossain.
The third and last one-dayer will be played here on Wednesday.
